HISTORY OF THE SCHOOL

The school was founded by a zealous administrator Mr. A. Subramanya and an able Educationalist Mrs. Manjula Subramanya. The school MSV started its journey in the year 2008 in CBSE curriculum with 132 students. They have a dedicated team of well-qualified and experienced teachers and an eminent and dynamic principal to guide them. Within a short span of time, M.S.V. Public School has travelled a long distance in quality education and reached a strength of 1020 students in 2015-1 6. It is proud to announce that M.S.V. Public School has prepared four batches of the students from the year 2011 to 2015 for the Board Exams and produced 100% results every year.

MSV PUBLIC SCHOOL

M.S.V. Public School is located on the outskirts of Doddaballapura town in the midst of serene and calm surroundings. The school is on an estate of about 2.5 acres. The school has been growing rapidly in strength and is considered to be a pioneering institution in and around Doddaballapura.

The view of the school with beautiful greenery around the campus with an alluring landscape captivates the heart of any one. An eco-friendly atmosphere instills in every child a sense of love towards environment. ACADEMICS

The school follows CBSE Syllabus. The medium of instruction is English and a good standard of written and spoken English is maintained. Due importance is given to the National Language. Kannada being the regional language is given equal importance. The academic session of the school begins from June and ends on March. We have structured and formulated our curriculum on the board based, progressive guidelines laid down by the National Council for Educational Research and Training, New Delhi.

M.S.V. MONTESSORI SYSTEM

1. Our Montessori schooling environment is mainly focused on making the learning an enjoyable experience by involving the tiny tots in play way technology.
2. The objectives for our pre-primary classes enabling child to develop motor skills which bring in total body awareness.

M.S.V. PRIMARY AND HIGH SCHOOL SYSTEM

We have build the capacity in children to think in conscious way to achieve certain purposes such as: remembering, questioning, forming concepts, planning, reasoning, imagining solving problems, making decisions and judgements, translating thoughts into words.
1. Pragmatic activities are organized in such a way that they improve their oral and written aspects of communication.
2. Skill based activities, projects, spell bee, various competitions, encourage children to become more creative and imaginative individuals in life.
3. Identifying the weakness of a child through analysis. If necessity demands, students are given counseling to improve their mental strength.
4. In a whole academic year students are involved in different aspects i.e., in formative assessments, Sliptests, Summative Assessments in the part of scholastic area with reference to CBSE.
5. Projects, Group Discussions, Debates, Quiz, Spell Bee, Greeting Card Making, Clay modeling, Vegetable carving Vitamins Mela, Singing, Dance, Handwriting competitions, Drawing competitions etc. in the part of co-scholastic areas.

On payment for "Application for Admission" Prospectus may be obtained at the School Administrative Office. Duly filled admission form with the following documents should be submitted at the office.

2. Birth Certificate photocopy
3. Last academic year report card photocopy
4. Health certificate
5. Two passport size photographs

Tution fees and other fees are payable as notified by the school authorities. Admission in MSV is based on the school admission policy, strength of the class, the student's age, previous report card and performance in the entrance test.

TRANSPORTATION

M.S.V. PUBLIC SCHOOL believes in safety and comfort of their students.

The fleet of buses provides a comfortable seating for 40 students. The buses have fulfilled the requisite of Government regulation standards. A well equipped first aid box is kept handy on the buses. The bus attenders take care of the seating arrangement for the children. Trained drivers drive the buses on their respective routes.

Class Room Environment

Students experience the classroom as not just an intellectual space, but also as a social, emotional and physical environment. The materials in each interest area are carefully selected to reflect children's interests and developmental levels. Teachers choose many open-ended materials — materials that can be used in a variety of ways.

Play Ground

We at M.S.V. providing around 2 acres of land for play ground. Playing outside is not just about letting off steam. It is a vital part of childhood that helps children develop physical strength, coordination and balance.Playgrounds play an essential role in the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical well-being of children right from the stage of early childhood. It is a natural tool for children to develop resiliency as they learn to cooperate, overcome challenges, and negotiate with others. Play also allows children to be creative. It even provides a platform to build a healthy parent-child relationship.

Computer Lab

To face the competitive world, computer education is a necessity. Computer education begins with the Primary classes. The school has a well-equipped computer lab. The staff is highly qualified and spends a great deal of time and effort to motivate the students to do their own projects and presentations.

Sports

M.S.V. PUBLIC SCHOOL encourages a healthy balance of work and play. Students are encouraged to experience the challenge and reward of sports, spirit of participation and pursuit of excellence through the diverse sports programme available at the school. Qualified and competent instructors manage the sports department. Students learn valuable lessons in mental strength, concentration, physical conditioning and coordination, strategic and tactical planning and of course, teamwork.Annual sports meet is conducted to imbibe in the children a competitive spirit.
